The rates published on our pricing page and service pages relate to the standard jobs described alongside them. Where a spare part is fitted, the part price and labour are shown separately.
Some items, such as outdoor fan motors and geyser heater coils, vary by model and are shown as a range. The applicable figure within that range is confirmed once the model is known and before the part is fitted.
If, on inspection, an appliance turns out to need work that is not covered by a listed rate, that work and its cost are discussed with you before it is carried out.
Submitting the booking form or sending a message is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed once we have come back to you and agreed the job and a time.
Please let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
Someone aged eighteen or over should be present at the address for the duration of the visit. Please make sure the appliance is reasonably accessible. Where an appliance is unsafe to operate, or where work cannot be completed safely, our technician may stop and explain why.
Parts are subject to availability, and original spares for discontinued models are not always obtainable. Where that happens we will tell you what alternatives exist, such as a universal control board, and what they will and will not do.
We take care over the information published here, but appliance faults can only be diagnosed properly in person. Descriptions of likely causes on this site are general guidance and not a diagnosis of your particular unit.
