Everything we charge for standard jobs, in one place. A visiting charge of ₹299 applies to each booking and is shown to you alongside the service rate before you confirm. Spare parts and labour are listed separately, and where a part differs by model the range is shown rather than a single misleading figure. Pest control is quoted after an inspection rather than from a fixed list.

What is and is not included

Parts and labour are separate

Wherever a component is replaced, the part price and the labour charge are shown as two figures. A fan capacitor at ₹499 plus ₹299 labour comes to ₹798 in total.

Materials are charged as used

On an installation, copper pipe, core wire and drain pipe are billed by the metre actually fitted rather than as a flat allowance.

Ranges mean model-dependent

Outdoor motors and geyser heater coils differ by tonnage, wattage and design, so a range is shown. The exact figure is confirmed once we know the model.

Anything unlisted is discussed first

If a job turns out to need something that is not on this page, we tell you what it is and what it costs before going ahead with it.

A visiting charge applies

Each booking carries a ₹299 visiting charge. It appears in the booking form next to the service rate before you confirm, so a foam jet service reads as ₹499 plus ₹299, or ₹798 in all. On a visit made purely to diagnose a fault, it is adjusted against your final bill if you go ahead with the repair.

Pest control is quoted, not listed

Pest work depends on the species, the size of the property and how far the infestation has spread, so it is quoted after an inspection. See the pest control page for what affects the cost.

About these rates

Is there a visit or inspection charge?

Yes. A visiting charge of ₹299 applies to each booking, and you see it in the booking form next to the service rate before you confirm anything. A foam jet service, for example, shows as ₹499 for the service plus ₹299 for the visit — ₹798 in total.

Where a visit is made purely to diagnose a fault and you then go ahead with the repair, the ₹299 is adjusted against your final bill rather than charged on top of it.

Do these prices include GST?

Please confirm the tax position with us when you book, so there is no ambiguity on the final figure.

Can the price change once the technician arrives?

The listed rate for a listed job does not change. What can change is the diagnosis — a unit booked in for a gas top up may turn out to need a capacitor instead. In that situation we tell you what the actual fault is and what it costs before doing the work.

Do you charge more for older or uncommon models?

The service rates are the same. What can differ is the part, which is why items like outdoor motors and heater coils are shown as ranges. Where an original part is discontinued, universal alternatives such as a universal PCB at ₹1,599 are often the practical route.
