What we handle
An air conditioner fails in a handful of predictable ways. These are the jobs we are called out for most, and the ones our technicians carry parts and tools for.
Foam jet servicing of the indoor unit, filter and blower cleaning, and clearing the drain so condensate stops backing up into the room.
Pressure tested first, then topped up or fully charged. Pump down when a unit has to be opened up or moved without losing refrigerant.
Split and window fitting, wall brackets, copper piping and core wiring, plus clean uninstallation when you are shifting home.
Inverter and non-inverter board repair, universal boards where the original is unavailable, capacitors and replacement remotes.
Indoor blower motors, window unit motors, swing motors and blades, outdoor fan motors and fan blades.
Compressor replacement by tonnage, and copper condenser coil replacement on the outdoor unit where the coil has corroded or been damaged.
Before you call
None of this replaces an actual inspection, but it will give you a sense of what is likely and roughly what it costs.
Usually a slow gas leak, a choked filter or a dirty condenser coil. We check pressure before topping anything up, because refilling a leaking system only buys a few weeks.
Often a failed compressor capacitor, or a compressor that is not starting. The capacitor is by far the cheaper of the two at ₹799 plus ₹299 labour, so it gets tested first.
Points to the control board, the remote, or the supply at the socket. A universal remote is ₹699; board repair depends on whether the unit is inverter or non-inverter.
Normally a blocked drain pipe or an indoor unit sitting at the wrong angle. This is often sorted during a routine service rather than as a separate repair.
Usually the fan blade catching, or worn bearings in the outdoor fan motor. Blades are ₹699 plus labour; motors vary by model.
Either a heavily clogged filter and blower, or the indoor blower motor itself. A foam jet service settles which of the two it is.

AC questions
Units in Kolkata tend to run hard from roughly March through October, so a service before the season starts and a clean part-way through it keeps cooling steady and the electricity bill sensible. A foam jet service at ₹499 covers a deep clean of the indoor unit.
A top up at ₹1,499 suits a system that has lost a little pressure but still holds it. A standard gas charge at ₹2,799 means evacuating the system and refilling it properly. If there is an actual leak, that has to be dealt with first — otherwise the new gas leaves the same way the old gas did.
Pump down at ₹1,299 recovers the refrigerant into the outdoor unit before the pipework is opened or the unit is moved. It is the correct way to shift an AC without dumping the gas, and it is usually paired with an uninstallation.
Inverter PCB repair is ₹3,999. Where a board is beyond economical repair, a universal PCB at ₹1,599 is the alternative, though a universal board will not reproduce every feature of the original. We tell you which of the two applies once the board is opened.
No — installation covers the fitting itself. Split AC installation is ₹1,199. Copper pipe is ₹799 per metre, three core wire ₹130 per metre and four core ₹165 per metre, with an ODU bracket at ₹799 where one is needed. You only pay for the length actually used.
