Our approach
Appliance repair has a reputation problem, and it is mostly about pricing. A technician arrives, disappears behind the unit, and emerges with a number. There is no way for the customer to tell whether that number is fair, or whether the part named is the part that was actually fitted.
Publishing our rates fixes the asymmetry. Every standard service, every spare part and every labour charge we quote is written down on the pricing page before you ever contact us. If a compressor capacitor is ₹799 plus ₹299 labour, you can read that at midnight before deciding to call in the morning.
It also keeps us honest. A published list is a commitment we have to hold to, and it removes any incentive to price a job by reading the customer rather than the fault.
How we work
The cheaper possible cause gets tested first. A capacitor is checked before a compressor is condemned, because one of those is ₹799 and the other runs into thousands.
You are told which component is being replaced and what it costs before it goes in, not after the panel is back on.
If a tank has corroded or an entry-level appliance needs a second major part, replacing it is the better answer and we will say so rather than take the work.
